You Are Chili Peppers |
![]() You are smokin’ hot, and you can’t help heat up everyone else around you. It’s not unusual for you to make people flushed and excited. You flaunt your sexuality. You awaken primal urges that people didn’t know they had. You bring out the inner wild animal. |

7 Things You Didn’t Know About Me.
1. Link to your original tagger(s) and list these rules in your post.
2. Share seven facts about yourself in the post.
3. Tag seven people at the end of your post by leaving their names.
4. Let them know they’ve been tagged.
Complicity Theory tagged me.
1) I have long wanted to learn to hang glide. The problem is, I am usually living somewhere too flat, or too obscure to have access to a safe hang gliding club. Item #2 might also impact this.
2) I am just the littlest bit scared of heights. Usually happens when I am in a tall building and I look out the window in the downward direction.
3) I got my first period at age 12… It was June.
4) I use an online personna (or avatar of sorts) to manage a number of online community blogs anonymously. And I’ve been doing that for longer than I’ve been Clevergirl. (& No, I won’t give deets)
5) I became a blogger because in July 2002 I asked the wrong right question during week 2 of my PhD. And, tbh, I am still trying to figure out why blogging was the answer to that question! Even though, in fact, blogging had little to do with either my question or my prof’s answer…. the long term result of the exchange was blogging.
6) About 4 years ago I got eczema on my scalp. After much tooing and frooing, I figured out for myself about a year ago that I am allergic to all mainstream shampoo and conditioner. I now wash my hair only 2x per week and only use Nature Clean shampoo and conditioner. It’s not completely gone, but at least it doesn’t itch like it used to.
7) These days I am on full-time language training, which means I get paid to learn Canada’s other official language fluently. I know you all think that sounds awesome, but it’s actually quite intense. As a result of this, if you come over for dinner, you will have to speak in French since dinner is now served in French chez moi.

I am Valancy.

Which L.M. Montgomery Heroine are You?
Just like Jason! Indeed, I had never read The Blue Castle Until Yuka gave me a copy of it. And omg… it is all about me. Though, I must admit… my first crush ever on a boy was on Gilbert Blythe, so I would prefer to be Anne. But since I am too old to be Anne & my fate is more likely to be Valancy’s… I am glad to be Valancy.
